Logitech C920x vs EMEET C960: Which 1080p Webcam Should You Buy?
Both capture 1080p30 over USB for everyday Teams and Zoom work, but they optimize different annoyances. C920x is Logitech’s refreshed flagship with autofocus, dual stereo mics, and a bundled XSplit VCam trial—but explicitly no privacy shutter on this model.
EMEET C960 trades autofocus for a fixed focus range and adds a 90-degree field of view plus a hinged privacy cover. The listing also warns it is incompatible with Windows Hello, which matters if you expected facial login from marketing summaries.

The verdict
Default to Logitech C920x for solo desk calls where autofocus and Logitech’s long track record matter, and add your own lens cover because this SKU lacks a shutter. Pick EMEET C960 for wider conference-table framing, built-in privacy cover, and lower spend if you stay inside the fixed focus distance band. Skip EMEET if you need Windows Hello or reliable autofocus as you move.

Frequently asked questions
Does the C920x include a privacy shutter?
The C920x listing explicitly notes there is no privacy shutter on this variant and suggests a cover or unplugging when idle. EMEET C960 ships with a hinged privacy cover in the specs table. If out-of-the-box lens blocking is non-negotiable, EMEET wins that dimension without accessories.
Which webcam is better for a small huddle room?
EMEET lists a 90-degree field of view suited to wider seating, with fixed focus between 11.8 and 118.1 inches. C920x emphasizes autofocus and dual stereo mics for desktop mounting but does not publish an FOV in its spec table. Wide room coverage favors EMEET on listing specs; moving presenters favor C920x autofocus.
