Our review
The MX Mechanical is Logitech’s answer for office workers who want mechanical feel without a tall, noisy board. The listing highlights linear switches for smooth, quiet key travel, a full-size low-profile layout, and proximity-sensing backlighting that adjusts to ambient light.
Daily-use features that matter include pairing with up to three devices over Bluetooth Low Energy or the included Logi Bolt receiver, USB-C charging, and customization through Logi Options+ for Fn keys and Flow cross-computer control. It suits hybrid workers who switch between a desktop and laptop during the day.
Reviewers praise build quality and typing feel but report mixed connectivity and occasional Bluetooth dropouts. Several long-term buyers mention proprietary keycaps that are hard to replace if a stem breaks, and some feel the price is steep for a non-hot-swappable office keyboard.
