Most office webcams still top out at 1080p30—the meaningful differences are autofocus versus fixed focus, built-in mics, privacy covers, and how each handles low light. Logitech C920x remains the familiar default: autofocus, automatic light correction, dual stereo mics, and a bundled XSplit VCam trial—but the listing notes no privacy shutter on this model.
EMEET C960 adds a 90-degree field of view, dual noise-reduction mics, hinged privacy cover, and fixed focus between 11.8 and 118.1 inches; the listing states Windows Hello is incompatible despite some confused customer summaries. NexiGo N930AF brings autofocus you can disable, a sliding cover, noise-canceling mic, and a 6.5-foot USB cable—below C920x pricing with mixed low-light feedback in reviews.

Frequently asked questions
Which webcam has a privacy cover?
EMEET C960 and NexiGo N930AF include physical covers. Logitech C920x explicitly lists no privacy shutter—plan a cover or unplug when not in use. Covers block the lens but do not mute microphones.
Do I need autofocus for Zoom calls?
Autofocus on C920x and N930AF helps if you lean in and out or present standing. EMEET C960 uses fixed focus within a stated distance band—fine at a stable desk distance, less ideal if you move often. Some reviewers report autofocus hunting on busy backgrounds.
Can EMEET C960 work with Windows Hello?
The listing warns it is incompatible with Windows Hello facial login. Do not buy it for biometric sign-in. It still offers 1080p30, wide FOV, and plug-and-play USB for standard meeting apps per the listing.
